| Risk-Based Performance Measures - A Risk Management Clinic |
Commencing November 2009, Centre for OD will be organising a series of clinics on Risk Management (RM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for the public service.
The aim is to provide a facilitated platform for practitioners to raise and discuss issues and challenges related to RM and ERM, with a view to seek greater clarity and resolution to the challenges raised. Facilitated by a subject expert, these clinics would encourage conversation centred on themes.
To kickstart this programme, the first theme will be on Risk-based Performance Measures.
