| OD Practitioner Foundation Programme |
This is a generative and practice-oriented two-day programme designed to answer the following questions and more: What is OD? What is the relationship between OD and OE? What is the role of the OD practitioners in the Public Service? What are the areas of work that OD practitioners should be involved in? What are the competencies that OD practitioners should acquire?
Centre for OD took special care in ensuring the relevance of this Programme. Seeing the lack of clarity in OD, its roles and functions in the Singapore Public Service, Centre for OD designed the Programme towards addressing those gaps. The Centre hopes that through similar interventions, it can steadily help to raise the profile and competencies of OD practitioners.
This marks the third run of the OD Practitioners Foundation Programme. |
